Osapp: "In carceri pugliesi manca il riscaldamento"

BARI, 6 FEB =E2=80=93 Il vicesegretario generale del sindacato di = polizia=20 penitenziaria Osapp, Mimmo Mastrulli, ha scritto al capo del = Dipartimento=20 dell'amministrazione penitenziaria per segnalare che nelle 11 carceri = pugliesi e=20 nelle caserme degli agenti e nelle mense, a causa delle temperature = gelide di=20 questi giorni, il personale della polizia penitenziaria lamenta la = mancanza di=20 riscaldamento. L'Osapp denuncia anche che mancano mezzi di = riscaldamento a=20 bordo degli automezzi e nelle garitte per i controlli delle cinte = murarie a=20 Foggia, Trani, Bari, Taranto e Lucera.

Il sindacato chiede interventi immediati e ricorda che la questione = del=20 riscaldamento e le ''condizioni pessime alloggiative caserme oltre che = mense''=20 erano gia' state segnalate ai vertici del dipartimento nel novembre = scorso ''ma=20 senza alcuna concreta e visibile risoluzione''.
